Teaching group fitness is a big love of mine. It’s where this all started for me! My group classes are aimed at all abilities. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, coming back after a break or a real fitness fanatic, there is something for you. We are a supportive and friendly group yet on a mission to improve our overall health and fitness. Class routines change regularly to keep you challenged so you continue to see and feel progression in your fitness and body shape.
