Teaching group fitness is a big love of mine. It’s where this all started for me! My group classes are aimed at all abilities. Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, coming back after a break or a real fitness fanatic, there is something for you. We are a supportive and friendly group yet on a mission to improve our overall health and fitness.
Strength Training
50 minute total body resistance workout, to improve your strength. Suitable for all, this class coaches correct technique across classic strength building exercises. Requires you to bring your own light-moderate dumbbells and a mat
Outdoor BootCamp
60 minute cardiovascular workout to build your overall fitness. Using individual, paired and team drills, this highly varied class is also sociable and fun. No equipment required, just you!
